中文摘要: 行星齿轮箱由于其体积小、重量轻、传动比大等特点,被广泛应用于航空、能源等重要领域的机械传动系统中。由于变工况、重载等外在因素的影响,行星齿轮箱的关键零部件,如太阳轮、行星轮、内齿圈以及行星架,易于发生磨损、疲劳裂纹等故障,从而导致行星齿轮箱失效以及整个机械传动系统停机,并很可能造成巨大的经济损失和意外的人员伤亡。针对行星齿轮箱多对齿轮同时啮合所造成的复杂振动成分和变工况运行时的非平稳振动响应,本项目将从行星齿轮箱振动信号预处理、变工况行星齿轮性能退化评估和行星齿轮剩余可用寿命估计三个方面进行行星齿轮性能退化评估和寿命预测。本项目及时追踪国内外故障诊断和寿命预测相关领域的最新研究动态,为行星齿轮性能退化评估和剩余寿命预测提供进一步的理论依据和技术支持,具有重要的学术和工程应用价值。

英文摘要: Planetary gearboxes are widely used in the community of aerospace, energy, etc. because they are able to provide large transmission ratios for mechanical transmission systems. In the case of varying working conditions, heavy loads, etc., the key elements of a planetary gearbox, such as a sun gear, a ring gear, several planet gears and a carrier, are prone to suffer faults, such as fatigue cracks, pitting, etc., which may cause planetary gearbox failures and transmission system breakdowns, and result in huge economic loss and unexpected casualties. Considering complicated and nonstationary vibration signals caused by several gear meshing pairs in the case of varying working conditions, this project aims to preprocess planetary gearbox vibration signals, assess planetary gear performance degradation and estimate planetary gear remaining useful life. This project will track state of the art in fault diagnosis and prognosis of planetary gearboxes and will further provide fundamental theories and technologies for planetary gear performance degradation assessment and its remaining useful life estimation. Outcomes generated from this project are valuable to both academic society and engineering applications.
