中文摘要: 豆科类牧草紫花苜蓿含有较多的胶体物质和较少的碳水化合物而不易青贮,利用无污染、可再生的太阳能对刈割后的苜蓿及时干燥,可避免自然干燥过程中的发霉、变质及腐烂现象,同时也避免了常规能源干燥带来的高能耗、高成本及环境污染等问题,且能获得优质干草产品[1]。项目拟做(1)设计并制作一台具有智能化检测干燥过程各参数,并按设定工艺要求对干燥过程进行自动控制的干燥装置;(2)在此装置上进行苜蓿草的薄层、多层及深层干燥试验,研究干燥过程机理、干燥工艺与干产品品质间关系、干燥工艺与能耗关系;(3)利用人工神经网络技术对太阳能干燥过程进行仿真建模,找到苜蓿太阳能干燥过程最佳匹配工艺。为牧草太阳能干燥装置生产能力的提高及太阳能干燥装置的推广应用奠定基础。

英文摘要: Alfalfa contained more colloidal material and fewer carbohydrates and not easy silage, using clean, renewable solar energy for alfalfa drying after cutting timely , can avoid the phenomenon,such as mildew, metamorphic and decay in natural drying process . Also avoid the high energy consumption of using conventional energy for drying process.Using solar energy for alfalfa drying can aviod the high cost and environmental pollution, and can get good quality hay products . This project intends to do (1) designe and produce an intelligent instrument and automatic control drying units,which has testing and detecting the parameters ,such as temperature,moisture and air flow in drying process , can control the process of drying system according to requirement of the drying process ; (2) testing thin layer of alfalfa drying, multilayer and deep layer alfalfa drying in this device , reseaching the drying process mechanism, drying technology and the dry product quality and study on the relationship between drying technology and energy consumption; (3) Build the simulation model of solar drying alfalfa process using the artificial neural network technology , find the best matching process for alfalfa solar drying process .
