中文摘要: 本项目以无机非金属材料为改性材料,通过浸渍、高温处理技术得到一种性能优异的改性处理木材--无机改性高温处理木材。采用单因素和正交两种实验分析方法,以物理力学性能为评价指标,研究无机改性高温处理木材制备的主要影响因子和最佳工艺参数;检测评价无机材料改性高温处理木材的各项性能;探讨高温热处理木材半纤维素、纤维素和木素三大主要成分的变化及无机材料与木材结合的方式;揭示无机改性高温处理木材的改性机理。研究成果对促进环保型木质新材料的开发和利用具有重要作用。

英文摘要: The research takes inorganic non-metallic materials as modified materials, through impregnation and high-temperature processing technology, obtaining a performance modified wood - inorganic modified and high temperature treated wood. Through a single factor and orthogonal experimental analysis methods, physical and mechanical properties as indicators, the main impact parameter and the optimum process parameters of the inorganic modified high temperature treatment wood preparation were studied. The each performance of the inorganic modified and high temperature treated wood is detected and evaluated. The change of hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin of the inorganic modified and high temperature treated wood and the binding mode of the inorganic materials and wood are investigated. The modification mechanism of the inorganic modified and high temperature treated wood is revealed. The research plays an important role in promoting the development and utilization of the new eco-friendly wood materials.
