中文摘要: 我国属灾害频发国家,灾害可对核电、重大工程造成巨大损失,储能系统能够为核电站、重大工程、通信、抢灾救灾、国防等要害部门提供持续可靠的电能。储能系统也可以平抑再生能源的间隙性波动问题,促进风电、光电等新能源应用。多能源储能系统可以发挥不同储能元件的各自的特性,克服单一储能系统存在的缺陷,实现储能系统在经济性、可靠性、功能性等方面的优化。本项目将开展多能源储能系统构建理论、控制和设计方法的研究。重点突破多能源储能系统的电力电子功率变换架构和设计方法,包括多能源储能系统的电路方案、储能配置方式和接入方式,掌握多能源储能系统的电力电子电路设计方法。掌握多能源储能系统的能量管理方案,揭示不同储能元件特性的相关性,构建多能源储能系统控制构架,获得多能源协同控制方案.掌握多能源储能系统容错设计方法,包括多能源储能系统的快速故障诊断技术和容错控制技术。预期成果将为多能源储能系统的工程化实践提供理论支持.

英文摘要: China is a disaster-prone country, the disasters can bring great loss to nuclear power and major project. Power storage system can provide sustainably stable power to key department such as nuclear power station, major project, communication service, disaster relief as well as national defense. Energy storage system can also restrain the intermittent power fluctuations of renewable energy, promote the application of wind power and photovoltaic power, etc. Multi-source energy storage system can exert the characteristics of different energy storage element respectively, overcome the drawback of single source energy storage system, have the energy system optimized in economy, reliability and function. The project will carry out studies on constructor theory, control and design method of multi-source energy storage system. The project will make breakthroughs in key area as power electronic structure and its design method, including the circuit plan of multi-source energy storage system, energy configuration and access method; obtain the circuit design method of multi-source energy storage system. We will obtain the energy configuration of multi-source energy storage system, disclose the correlation of the different storage element characteristics, construct multi-source energy storage system structure and gain multi-source collaborative control method. We will also obtain the fault-tolerant design method of multi-source energy storage system, including fast fault diagnose technology and fault-tolerant control method. The project will provide the theory support to the engineering application of multi-source energy storage system in result.
