中文摘要: 心脏创伤是平战时期的常见致命创伤。为了对心脏创伤损伤严重程度和位置进行准确的分析与评估,课题将针对基于多模医学图像信息融合的心脏创伤自动评估的新技术及方法进行研究,尤其是如何建立精确的心脏四维数据场体模型和形变模型,并基于此对心脏创伤区域形态与功能学指标改变进行准确的分析评价。受创伤的心脏运动会发生多样性的形变,这给心脏四维数据场形变体模型的准确建立与分析,以及心脏创伤形态与功能学的准确分析,带来巨大的困难。课题将对周期内不同时间点采集的单模与多模数据进行分类、配准和融合,结合四维可视化技术,通过心室容积、径向和纵向的挤压状况、光标运动等参数定量地计算和描述心脏周期运动的全过程,绘制和建立心脏四维数据场体模型和形变模型,并对心脏创伤区域形态与功能学进行分析,实现对心脏创伤损伤严重程度和位置进行自动评估,为快速临床治疗提供有力证据,对于指导手术计划、提高重创伤的救治水平具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Cardiac trauma is one of the fatal and frequently-occurred diseases in the peacetime and the wartime. In order to accurately analyze and evaluate the location and the severity of the cardiac trauma, the new automatic evaluation methods and technologies for cardiac trauma based on multi-modal medical image fusion technology is studied in this research project. The project puts special emphasis on how to build priecise four-dimensional (4D) voxel data model and the deformation model for the injuried heart, as well as how to apply the pre-built models to precisely evaluate the morphological and functional change of the lesion regions. Due to the diversity of the deformation caused by the beating of the injured heart, this brings huge difficulty for the establishment and analysis for the precise 4D voxel data model, as well as for the analysis of the morphology and function of the cardiac trauma. To deal with this problem, combined with the 4D visualization technology, the medical image classification, registration and fusion methods are implemented on the single-modal and multi-modal cardiac voxel data that acquired from different time of the beating phase to compute the ventricular volume, the radial and vertical extrusion and the cursor movement, etc. Based on these obtained parameters, the whole cycle beating of
