中文摘要: 为解决由于道路交通不畅,城市车辆的平均车速和负载相对较低,排气温度低,尿素SCR系统无法正常工作,所导致实际通过排放认证的、采用尿素SCR技术路线的重型柴油公交等市政车辆在实际运行中NOx排放高于预期的现状,以及尿素SCR系统存在的尿素在排气管路中结晶、尿素水溶液在低温下结冰等缺陷,进行固体SCR系统在车用柴油机上应用的相关基础理论研究。研究不同固体储氨络合物在常温下的储氨特性、输运和加热后氨的释放特性。在此基础上,研究固体SCR热管理系统相关控制参数对固体SCR储氨和氨释放机理和释放过程的影响,进行固体SCR系统与车用柴油机的匹配研究,进行固体SCR系统在车用柴油机上应用的控制策略研究,以满足排放法规的需求,有效降低重型柴油车,特别是城市柴油车辆在城市道路行驶过程中的NOx排放。

英文摘要: Because of low exhaust temperature, which is due to full of heavy traffic and low average speed of vehicle, SCR-urea system can not work normally. It induces real NOx emission of municipal vehicles, such as heavy-duty diesel buses, which have already passed emission certification and adopted SCR-urea technique, keeps higher than expectant emission. It also induces urea solution of SCR-urea system crystallized in exhaust pipe and frozen at low temperature. In order to resolve those problems, the basic application studies of SCR-solid system installed on diesel engine for automobile need to be proceeded. The studies will focus on ammonia-storing character of different solid ammonia-storing material in low temperature, and release character of ammonia after heating. On the basis of those studies, further research will focus on the influence between related controls parameter of thermal management system and the process of ammonia-storing and release ammonia of SCR-solid, matching between SCR-solid system and diesel engine of automobile, and control strategy of SCR- solid system applied of diesel engine of automobile. The purpose of the whole research is to meet emission regulation, and to reduce NOx emission of commercial diesel vehicles, especially urban vehicles in the course of driving on urban road.
