中文摘要: 聚苯硫醚(PPS)分子链刚性度大,结构简单,规整性好,因此以PPS为模型,通过实时在线监控PPS在剪切流动场下的取向晶体结构的演变过程,研究剪切诱导刚性分子链在剪切流动场下的运动规律具有重要的科学研究意义;通过系统的实验研究,获得PPS刚性分子链在剪切流动场下的临界取向条件,考察剪切诱导刚性分子链取向后的松弛解取向过程;分析剪切强度对PPS晶体含量,特别是取向晶体含量的影响,建立剪切流动条件与取向晶体结构含量的内在联系;研究剪切诱导PPS结晶形成的取向晶体结构对各种机械性能的影响,探索晶体形态结构变化导致的性能变化的规律,研究形态结构与性能之间的相互联系,为PPS的加工和应用提供参考依据。

英文摘要: As a model polymer, poly(phenylene sulfide) (PPS) has a simple structure, high rigid. Hence, it is of importance to study the structure of PPS molecular chains under shear flow. In this proposal, we mainly focused on the critical shear conditions of stretched rigid chains of PPS under shear flow and its relaxation process after the shear flow cessation, and observed the development of oriented microstructure after shear flow. In addition, the effect of shear conditions, for exsample shear rate and shear time, on the crystallinity of stretched structure was also studied by a wide angle x-ray diffraction (WAXD).Based on the above observation a new model will be proposed in this proposal to explain the mechanism of oriented crystal formation under shear flow.Also, the influence of oriented crystal structure induced by shear flow on the mechanical properties of PPS was investigated, and the dependace of mechanical property of PPS on the morphology will be established based on the results of this proposal.
