中文摘要: 使用甲醇做溶剂,钛硅分子筛(TS-1)做催化剂,H2O2为氧化剂的丙烯环氧化工艺是一个环境友好的催化反应过程,对该体系的活性位和活性中间体的原位研究具有重要的理论意义和工业应用价值。但是由于水的影响,使很多原位表征技术在该领域的应用受到限制。本研究拟采用拉曼光谱并结合其他手段探究TS-1的合成条件对钛物种分布的影响;采用紫外拉曼光谱-色谱联用技术在原位动态条件下研究丙烯环氧化反应过程中的催化剂活性位,反应活性中间体与产物的关系, 探究不同催化剂和反应条件对反应活性物种和产物的影响。本研究将对TS-1分子筛催化剂催化丙烯环氧化制环氧丙烷的机理研究提供重要信息, 为TS-1分子筛催化剂的制备以及工业化应用提供理论指导。

英文摘要: With methanol as sovent and H2O2 solution as oxidant, propylene epoxidation on TS-1 is an environmentally benign catalytic process. The studies on the active sites and reaction intermediates of the TS-1/ H2O2-H2O system are important for both theory and applications.However, the presence of water precludes the applications of many techniques for in situ characterization. In this study, Raman spectroscopy combined with other techniques was used to investigate the influence of synthesis conditions on the distribution of titanium species;Gas chromatography-Raman spectrometry (GC-Raman) was used to explore the relationships between the active sites, reaction intermediates and products, and investigate the effects of different catalysts and reaction conditions on the reaction intermediates and products. This study will provide the important information on the mechanism of proplene epoxidation, and the theoretical guidance for TS-1 preparation and industrial applications.
