中文摘要: 珐-珀滤光器是一类重要的滤光器,具有原理简单,可进行连续波长光谱扫描,通光效率高,材料易获取等显著优点。在F-P系统中,电控系统是其关鍵。本申请拟研制一台F-P所用的控制器,主要目标是对珐珀腔间隙进行绝对测量。最终,控制器对光学平板的平行度控制精度要优于0.1nm, 对间隙宽的测量精度要达到100pm.

英文摘要: Fabry-Perot Interferometer can be used as filters. With advantags of simple principle,tunable pass-band,high transmittance and readily available material, its application has been increasing. The controller is the key component for the FPI system. In this proposal, we suggested a FPI controller be set up, and our main target is to measure the gap with an accuracy of 100pm with its parallelism better than 0.1nm.
