中文摘要: 本项目主要利用硼、锑、锡和锗基化合物作为硒化助剂,与硒粉一起硒化制备高质量铜锌锡硫硒吸光层,进而解决非肼溶液法制备的铜锌锡硫硒吸光层包含小粒子层、容易分相和构筑的电池开路电压低等问题。硼基和锑基化合物熔点低,能够在硒化过程中显著促进铜锌锡硫硒晶体生长;锡和锗基化合物能够在硒化过程中抑制铜锌锡硫硒的分相;硼基和锗基化合物在硒化过程中能够进入铜锌锡硫硒晶格,获得更高的开路电压。本项目通过在硒化过程中添加助剂,有望通过解决铜锌锡硫硒吸光层中的小粒子层和分相问题,并调节吸光层的带隙,获得高质量的吸光层进而提高铜锌锡硫硒太阳能电池的光电转换效率。

英文摘要: B、Sb、Sn and Ge based compounds are used as assisted selenization reagents and are along with selenide powders to prepare CTZSSe absorber layer. The purpose of this program is to improve fine grain layer、phase separation and low open voltage for CZTSSe solar cells. Due to the low melting point of B and Sb based compounds, the quality of crystal growth can be greatly improved during the selenization process. CZTSSe phase separation can be inhibited via Sn and Ge based compounds; B and Ge based compounds can insert into CZTSSe crystal lattice to enhance open voltage. Assisted reagents are putted to solve fine grain layer and phase separation for CZTSSe avsorber layer during selenization process, and band-gap can also be adjusted by this approach. The high quality absorber layer and high power conversion efficiency CZTSSe solar cells can be obtained.
