中文摘要: 采用空心砌块搭建成通风墙体,利用空调系统排风、地道风或夏季夜间凉风对空心砌块墙体的空腔进行通风,实现墙体内部冷/热量的转移。该技术将热回收或可再生能源利用与降低墙体内部冷/热量结合起来,可削弱室外气候对室内环境的影响,减小墙体内表面温度的波动,从而改善人体的舒适性,对建筑节能具有重要意义。提出采用频域有限差分法建立空心砌块通风墙体的理论传热模型,研究该结构在室外温度、室内温度及空腔内气流温度三个外扰作用下的频域热特性;采用热阻热容网络法建立该结构的简化动态热网模型,并计算其频域热特性;以理论传热模型作为参考研究不同阶数的简化动态热网模型对频域热特性的影响,确定合适的模型阶数;建立该结构的热特性测试实验平台,验证理论传热模型及简化动态热网模型的准确性。最后,将简化动态热网模型嵌入到建筑能耗模拟软件包中,研究该结构对不同地区的节能潜力及适用性。

英文摘要: The ventilated wall is built using the hollow blocks, the exhaust air of air-conditioning system, underground air or cold night air in summer is used to flow through the cavity of hollow block, in order to carry away the cool and heat stored in walls. This technology combines the heat recovery or renewable energy use with the reduction of cool and heat stored in walls, the effect of climate on indoor environment can be decreased, temperature fluctuation of internal surface of wall can be reduced, and thus human comfort can be improved, it has important significance for building energy conservation. In this study, the frequency domain finite difference method is used to establish the theoretical thermal model for hollow block ventilated wall, the thermal response of this structure in frequency domain is investigated under the effects of three outer interferences including outdoor temperature, indoor temperature and airflow temperature; Simplified dynamic thermal network model is established using resistance-capacity network method, the thermal response in frequency domain is calculated; The effect of simplified dynamic thermal network model with different orders on the thermal response in frequency domain is investigated referring to the theoretical thermal model, the proper order of model is determined; Experime
