中文摘要: 波纹腹板H型钢的良好的受力特性和经济性能已经得到了证实,将其应用到组合结构领域,形成波纹腹板H型钢组合梁或波纹腹板钢箱组合梁,能够将钢材和混凝土材料各自的优势进行进一步的优化组合。通过研究波纹钢腹板组合梁的抗弯、负弯矩区构件整体稳定、抗剪承载力、抗扭、刚度、延性、主次梁连接、梁柱连接节点等设计问题,以及抗震、防腐和防火等构造问题,可以为该类型的组合梁在多高层钢结构领域、大跨度桥梁领域的应用解决关键的技术问题。研究成果的推广,可以有效节约结构的用钢量,降低结构的造价,同时自重的降低,可以提高结构构件制作、运输和安装的速度和效率。因此,波纹钢腹板组合梁具有较好的经济效益和社会效益,符合我国节能减排和可持续性发展的总体战略。

英文摘要: The excellent mechanical property and economic performance of the H-beams with corrugated webs had be verified, so the research team wanted to apply them into composite structures. The composite beams with corrugated webs or composite box girders with double corrugated webs could take full advantage of concrete and steel material characteristics. By studying design methoeds for the bending, shearing, torsion, ductility, connection problems and constructions for anti-seismic, anti-corrosion, and fire resistance, the the key questions in the appliation into the fields of multi-story and high-rise steel structure and long-span bridge could be solved. The promotion of research results could save steel quantity and construction costs, and the lighter dead load could improve the efficiency of manufacture, transportation and installation. So the research work will bring favourable economic and social benefits, according with the total strategy of energy conservation, emission reduction, and sustainable development.
