中文摘要: 随着智能手机在全球市场的高速渗透,诸如3G,4G,WIFI,Bluetooth,GPS,FM等多模式的无线通信射频系统趋向于集成在同一个PCB板上,或者共存于同一个芯片上。这些不同的标准使用不同的射频频段,发射各种类型的信号。这些信号之间产生了诸如阻塞干扰、交调失真、互调失真等互扰问题,对射频SoC的设计带来了前所未有的挑战。本课题拟结合多相滤波器理论(N-path filter)与先进的射频集成电路设计思想,通过对射频系统互扰机制的研究和N相滤波器理论分析,提出新颖的片上通用性高频、高Q值N相滤波器变频方案,设计相应的高性能电路,解决多模式射频系统共存与互扰的难题。该课题具有较好的理论研究价值和应用前景,通过该课题的探索和研究,解决多模式射频系统共存的难题,为射频SoC集成度和性能的提高奠定基础。

英文摘要: As the smart-phones are getting more and more popular around the world, multi-mode RF-systems of wireless communication standards, including 3G, 4G, WIFI, Bluetooth, GPS and FM, tend to be integrated upon a single PCB (Printed Circuit Board) or a single chip. These different wireless communication standards adopt different RF bands and transmit various types of signals. Generally, these coexisting signals will inter-modulate and interfere with each other, causing problems such as cross modulation, desensitization, saturation, distortion and so on, which tend to be unprecedented challenges of the design of RF SoC (System on Chip). This project plans to combine the theory of N-path Filter and advanced RF integrated circuit design techniques, analyze the mechanics of mutual interference among different types of signals of RF systems and the theories of N-path filter, propose a novel frequency conversion scheme based on an on-chip high-frequency N-path filter with a high Q factor, try to design a high-performance circuit according to above requirements, solve the problem of mutual interference of the coexisting multi-mode RF systems of communication standards. This project is supposed to have both good perspectives for theoretical analysis and practical applications, and then improve the performance and integration
