The project intends to systematically research the coordinated transmission scheme and the problem of the correspondong opimization design for 5G wireless communication systems with microwave and millimeter-wave spectrum source. First, based on the multiple input multiple output (MIMO) and the existing coordinated transmission technologies, we focus on studing the new homegeneous or heterogeneous multiple point coordinated beamforming therory and key technologies to adapt the dual optimization creterio of energy efficiency and spectrum efficiency by using the existing mathematical theory, such as the convex optimization, etc.Second, we will explore the tradeoff between the energy efficiency and the spectrum efficiency for the large scale MIMO system. We will then design the large scale MIMO energy efficient transmission scheme subject to the realistical constraint condition under the complexity channel environment for different application scenerios. Thirdly, we will investigate importantly the key physical transmission sheme that inculdes the frame structure of the physical sigal, the frame structure of the preamble, and the channel characteristic of the millimeter wave, etc in the Q frequence band and study the corresponding MIMO transmission scheme. Finally, we will systematically study the application of the millimeter wave in the Q frequence band and the combination of various transmission technology scheme in the traditional cellular wireless communication.
