中文摘要: 本项目主要是利用25升电压力锅制备20克级的水溶性Mn-Cu-In-S/ZnS核壳磁/光双功能量子点。同时使用两种水溶性的有机配体谷胱甘肽和柠檬酸钠,来消除Mn、Cu和In离子三者间反应活性的差异,制备均相的水溶性Mn-Cu-In-S磁/光双功能量子点。通过改变Mn、Cu、In之间的比例及控制半导体纳米晶的尺寸,实现量子点的发光可调(520-800 nm);通过对实验条件的优化,例如改变反应时间、溶液的pH值及配体比例等,提高量子点的荧光量子产率到30-50%,同时具有一定的顺磁性。本项目具有如下优点:1.合成设备电压力锅操作简单,价格便宜,可一次性制备多克级的量子点,大大降低制备成本;2. 合成的水溶性磁/光双功能量子点不含有Hg和Cd等剧毒金属离子,具有良好的生物相容性,不需要经过配体交换,可直接应用于生物标记;3.我们合成的磁/光双功能量子点具有一定的磁性,可回收并且重复使用。

英文摘要: This project deals with the 20-gram synthesis of Mn-Cu-In-S magnetic-optical bifunctional quantum dots by an aqueous approach in an 25 litres electric pressure cooker. We utilize two types of hydrophilic organic ligands glutathione and sodium citrate to balance the reactivity of Mn, Cu and In cations, and prepare homogeneously alloyed and water-soluble Mn-Cu-In-S diluted magnetic quantum dots. By changing the sizes of quantum dots and the ratios of Mn/Cu/In, a wider color emission (520-800nm) will be achieved; by optimizing reaction conditions, such as changing the reaction time, pH value and the type of ligands etc. , the photoluminescence quantum yields can be improved to 30-50%. The advantages of this project are as follows: 1. The experimental equipment maneuverable and cheap. Multigram scale quantum dots can be directly obtained which greatly reduces production cost; 2. Our water-soluble magnetic-optical bifunctional quantum dots do not contain highly toxic Cadium and Mercury cations with good biocompatibility, and they can be directly utilized for bio-imaging in the absence of tedious ligand exchange process; 3. Our magnetic-optical quantum dots with a certain magnetism can be recycled of external magnetic fields and reused.
