中文摘要: 目前,关于碱基地质聚合物反应机理及终产物相结构的研究进展缓慢,由于地质聚合物材料终产物的结晶程度低,只能描述其为类沸石的结构形态。本课题组通过前期研究,发现钠水玻璃聚合地质聚合物中存在纳米尺度的有序结构(也叫纳晶结构),通过进一步的水热反应,可以得到相应组成的沸石分子筛晶体结构。本课题拟通过材料设计的方法制备不同Si/Al/Na/H2O比的地质聚合物,利用HRTEM、EELS、XRD、固体核磁共振等对地质聚合物材料的相结构进行研究,获取水热前后地质聚合物的组成与结构的变化规律,探寻碱聚合反应体系中钠离子在溶解-缩聚反应中的作用及存在方式,并获得地质聚合物原位转化沸石分子筛的机理;在系统研究碱基地质聚合物多孔材料的基础上,设计制备出相应组成的地质聚合物无机膜材料,通过水热法原位转化制备出自支撑沸石分子筛膜用于含水有机相的脱水,并对其膜分离性能和脱水原理进行系统研究,最终组建一套膜分离脱水装置

英文摘要: At present, it is very slow that the study of reaction mechanism and structure of alkali-based geopolymers. It has been described that geopolymers may be viewed as the amorphous analogue of zeolites due to the low degree of crystallinity. Previous studies by our research group indicate that Na2SiO3 solutions based geopolymers possess some nano-size ordering structure (nanocrystalline), and these geopolymers can be converted into corresponding zeolites after hydrothermal procedure. Geopolymers with different Si/Al/Na/H2O molar ratios will be synthesized by designing the composition of raw materials. The phase structure of geopolymers and their hydrothermal products will be investigated by HRTEM, EELS, XRD and MAS NMR techniques. It will be obtained that the retationship between the phase structure of geopolymers and their hydrothermal products and the composition of geopolymers. It will be explored that the role and seinsart of sodium ion in the dissolution and polymerization reactions. It will be determined that the mechanism of zeolites in-situ transformation from geopolymers. On the basis of the systematic study of porous geopolymers, relevant geopolymeric inorganic membrane materials will be designed and fabricated.
