中文摘要: 以下一代无线通信和地面数字电视广播系统需求高线性度、高效率的宽带功率放大器为背景,本项目开展了宽带功率放大器的建模和鲁棒线性化方法研究。研究了记忆多项式模型的有效性,提出了辨识模型结构的算法,验证了该模型能够建模具有模块化结构(如Wiener-Hammerstein)的一类宽带功率放大器。应用模型匹配思想,分别基于记忆多项式模型和Volterra模型,对于一类具有Wiener-Hammerstein结构功率放大器,提出了自适应线性化方法,并进行了比较研究;仿真结果表明该方法具有快速的收敛性,而且可以有效的抑制带外频谱扩展。在半实物仿真实验中,针对氮化镓(GaN)功放装置进行了建模与线性化研究,在综合分析决定模型结构要素的基础上,提出了一种辨识模型结构的综合评定准则,利用采集数据得到模型的结构和参数,并构建了GaN功放装置的预失真器。开展了局部建模方法研究,基于局部逆建模创新地提出一种用数据表格方式实现自适应线性化的新方法,预失真器适用于具有不同拓扑结构的功率放大器,具有较强的鲁棒性,并可以在线实现。本项目的研究成果可用于解决OFDM通信系统中功率放大器的非线性问题,具有很好的应用前景。

英文摘要: Based on the next generation wireless communication and ground digital broadcasting system's demand for the high linearity and high efficiency broadband power amplifiers, this research focuses on the broadband power amplifiers modeling and the robust linearization method. It studies the validity of memory polynomial model, provides the algorithm of model structure identification, and verifies that this model can identify the block-oriented structure broadband power amplifiers like Wiener-Hammerstein. Applying the approach of exact model matching, based respectively on memory polynomial model and Volterra Model, this research proposes the adaptive linearization method and makes comparision study as to the power amplifiers like Wiener-Hammerstein. Simulation results show that this method is quick in convergence, and signal distortion compensation results are quite satisfactory. In the semi-physical simulation experiment, GaN power amplifiers are modeled and carried out in linearization research. After the comprehensive analysis of the key factors which determines the model structure, this research puts forward a comprehensive evaluation standard to estimate model structure, and obtains the structure and parameters of models through collected data, then constructs GaN power amplifiers pre-distorter. The research emphasis is the research of the local modeling method, on the basis of which we propose a new method of adaptive linearization based on the data-table mode. This pre-distortion can be adapted to power amplifiers with different topology structure and has strong robust performance, which can be applied online realization. With the research production, we can solve the nonlinearity problem of power amplifiers in OFDM communication system, and its application is sure to have a promising future.
