中文摘要: 本项目拟依靠和集成化学家、物理学家和材料学家的智慧和学识,组成重大研究计划《功能导向晶态材料的结构设计和可控制备》专家组,对晶态功能材料研究方向进行高屋建瓴的整体把握,旨在加快发现新材料、提出新理论、建立材料设计和制备的新方法,缩短材料的研究周期,提升我国材料研究的综合实力。专家组在前沿技术前瞻性调研基础上,通过一些模型的原型建立和可行性技术报告等手段,把握本重大研究计划的前沿技术;专家组每三个月定期见面开会讨论,同时召开两次年度研讨会,邀请重点项目负责人和有关人员,讨论工作进展和下一年度的计划,对已经实施的重点项目进行有效督导。专家组还将通过自身的国际影响力,积极与国际一流同行进行交流,包括参加国际学术会议、访问国际一流学术机构以及邀请著名专家来华访问交流等,引领国际晶态功能材料的前沿研究。

英文摘要: In order to gather the wisdom and knowledge of chemists, physicists and material scientists, this project plans to build up the expert group of the major research plan Structure design and controllable preparation of function-oriented crystalline materials to overall grasp the direction of crystalline functional materials, intending to speed up the discovery of new materials, new theory, new methods of material design and preparation, shorten the research period, then enhance the comprehensive ability of material research in China. Based on the survey of prospective of the frontier technology, expert group will acquire the advanced technology of the major research plan by means of establishing some prototypes and doing technical feasibility reports. Experts are going to meet regularly every three months to carry out relevant discussion. At the same time, two annual seminars are planned to be held in 2017 and 2018. Key project operators and related staff will be invited to discuss the research progress and plan for next year so as to supervise the implementing key project effectively. Taking advantage of their own international influence, experts will also actively carry out academic exchanges with the leading international scientist in the same field while participating in international academic conferences, visiting internationally well-known academic institutions, inviting famous experts to visit China for academic exchanges, and exploring the possibilities of leading the international frontier research of crystalline functional materials.
