中文摘要: 环境雄激素,作为一种典型的环境内分泌干扰物,广泛存在于水环境和土壤环境中,低剂量即可对生物造成极为不良的生理效应,其生态风险不可低估。目前,对环境雄激素的研究主要集中于环境雄激素的检测方法、分布特征及其对动物生殖系统和繁殖能力的影响等方面,关于环境雄激素对生物的作用机理、环境雄激素对水域生态系统中重要的初级生产者——微藻的影响等科学问题还有待研究。本项目以几种常见的淡水藻为实验对象,通过开展环境雄激素对微藻生长、生理生化性质的影响以及环境雄激素在微藻中的富集情况等方面的研究,揭示环境雄激素对微藻的毒性效应及作用机理,筛选出对环境雄激素敏感和耐受的藻类。研究结果将有助于探究环境雄激素对高营养级生物的作用机理,对进一步探索环境雄激素的治理方法,具有重要的科学意义。

英文摘要: Environmental androgens (EAs), as a class of typical environmental endocrine disruptors, are widely present in the aquatic environment and soil environment. Extremely low doses of EAs can cause adverse physiological effects on organism. Their ecological risks should not be underestimated. So far, research on EAs focused on their detection methods, distribution and the impact on animal reproductive system and reproductive capacity, etc. However, the mechanisms of EAs on organism are still not known. The toxic effects of EAs on microalgae (the most important primary producers in aquatic ecosystems) have yet to be studied. In the present study, we will study the effects of EAs on the growth, biochemical composition, enzyme activity and ROS of microalgae. The biological concentration of EAs in microalgae will also be studied to explain the toxic effects and mechanism of EAs on microalgae and select the microalgae of EAs-concentration. These results will provide a basis for revealing the mechanism of EAs on aquatic animals, and it will be helpful for further research on the control methods of EAs.
