中文摘要: 工件定向与传输是实现制造业生产自动化的关键技术之一。振动传输是实际生产中最重要的一种定向与传输方法,广泛应用于电子元件制造等许多行业。随着我国工业自动化进程的迅猛推进,传统振动传输方式的不足越来越明显,其送料率低下,堵塞率高等问题已严重阻碍生产自动化进程。针对这一问题,本项目组于1998年首次提出解耦式振动传输(Decoupled Vibratory Feeding)概念,目前已得到国内外同行的广泛认可,并在生产中初露锋芒。本项目拟将机器视觉技术与解耦式振动传输系统融合为一体,彻底摆脱传统振动传输系统的机械式定向方法,对不同形状和材质的工件都可快速实现智能化定向传输,并使工件始终保持优良的送料速率。本项目将针对工件的有效识别、整个系统集成化建模及相关控制技术等关键技术问题进行深入研究,为该技术的大规模应用打下坚实的理论基础,为基于机器视觉的柔性振动传输产品标准化设计提供科学依据和保障。

英文摘要: Parts orientation and transportation play a key role in manufacturing automation. Vibratory feeding is the most significant approach for parts orientation and transportation, which has been widely used in electronic components manufacturing and other fields. With the rapid development of our country's industrial automation, the shortcoming of traditional vibratory feeding system is increasingly evident, and the problems of low efficiency of feeding and high parts jamming rate have seriously hindered the process of production automation. Reguarding such problems, the project team originally proposed the concept of Decoupled Vibratory Feeding,in 1998, which has been well recognized by domestic and foreign experts counterparts, and it has preliminarily displayed its function in the real industrial applications. The project intends to integrate machine vision technology and decoupled vibratory feeding system, which can completely get rid of the mechanical orientation method in traditional vibratory feeding system. It can not only orientate and intelligently feed the parts of different shapes and materials rapidly, but also enable the parts always maintain a high feeding rate.
