中文摘要: 随着复杂产品协同开发需求的增长,异构CAX系统对各自存储的GPS信息的互操作性提出了更高要求。目前,工程上主要采用STEP标准来实现GPS信息在这些系统之间的互操作,其所采用的建模语言EXPRESS虽可构建语法一致的表达模型,但却无法表达GPS信息在产品全生命周期各阶段的显示语义,故其只能实现GPS信息在异构CAX系统之间的语法互操作,无法实现其语义互操作。为此,提出开展基于本体的GPS信息语义互操作方法研究,研究内容包括:构建特定规则实现GPS信息的范畴模型到语义元模型的自动转换,进而构建GPS领域本体;研究并建立GPS领域本体与各异构CAX系统之间的语义映射算法;研究并建立映射过程中语义冲突的消解方法;构建GPS信息语义互操作模型,开发语义互操作平台。本项目将实现GPS信息在异构CAX系统之间的互操作由语法层面提升到语义层面的重要转变,从而为GPS标准体系在先进装备制造领域的应用提供更加智能化的平台。

英文摘要: There is a critical requirement for improving the interoperability of the information of geometrical product specifications and verification (GPS) in heterogeneous computer aided (CAX) systems with the increasing demand of collaborative development of complex products. The standard for the exchange of product model data (STEP) is widely used to implement the interoperability among these systems in practice. The modeling language used for STEP is EXPRESS. Although EXPRESS can develop syntactically correct representation model of GPS information, it cannot interpret the explicit semantics of GPS information in different phases of product life cycle. Hence, STEP can only implement the syntactic interoperability of GPS information among heterogeneous CAX systems and cannot implement the semantic interoperability of the information. Aiming at this problem, an ontology-based semantic interoperability method of GPS information will be studied. The study contents will include: transforming the categorical data model of GPS information into the semantic meta-model automatically by designing some specific rules to construct a GPS domain ontology, designing an algorithm to finish the semantic mapping between the GPS domain ontology and each CAX system, designing an approach to resolve the semantic conflicts in the process of the semantic mapping, establishing a semantic interoperability model for GPS information, and developing a semantic interoperability platform. This project will make a significant change of improving the interoperability of GPS information among heterogeneous CAX systems from syntactic level to semantic level and provide a more intelligentized platform for the application of GPS standard system.
