中文摘要: 随着环境监测、化学工业等行业的发展,对于能够兼容多种环境并高灵敏度、低成本、小型化的SPR生化传感器的需求越来越强烈,而目前基于新型光纤结构的SPR传感器由于受限于数值孔径等因素并不易于实现多种测量环境(空气、溶液)的传感测量。本项目针对此难点,结合传统棱镜式SPR结构中易于通过大范围调谐入射角度实现从低到高折射率多种环境下传感的思路,利用倾斜光纤光栅所特有的,能够在光纤内部建立微Kretschmann棱镜结构的特殊SPR传感机理,通过调谐啁啾倾斜光纤光栅写制角度的技术方法,设计适用于不同折射率环境的通信波段绝对量解调的光纤SPR传感系统。本方案研究重点在于在建立理论模型的基础之上,设计并制备特定角度的啁啾倾斜光纤光栅及利用金银交叠多层膜结构对传感器进行低成本增敏。本项目工作可为新型光纤SPR传感器在未来工业、环保及健康监测领域提供新的思路和解决方案, 具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: With the rapid development of modern environmental monitoring industry, the SPR sensors with high sensitivity, low cost, compact size and the capability of working in a variety of environment situation are more and more interesting. However, at present, limited by the factors like numerical aperture, the new type optical fiber SPR sensors are incapable of implementing in a variety of measurement environment (like air and solutions). In this project, by using the unique characteristics of tilted fiber Bragg grating, in which special micro Kretschmann prism structure are established, through modulating the inclined angle of tilt fiber Bragg grating, we propose and demonstrate an optical fiber SPR sensor system that is suitable for working in different refractive index surroundings. The sensors’ demodulation wavelength lie in the communication band of 1310/1550nm with absolute wavelength demodulation method. Research is focused on establishing the scheme of the TFBG’s theoretical model; the design and fabrication of a particular angle of chirped tilt fiber grating; the implement of gold and silver overlapping multilayer membrane structure for low-cost sensitivity enhancement. This project not only has is significant scientific value, also has important practical potential at the same time, providing new ideas and solutions for the new type of optical fiber SPR sensors applying in the industrial, environmental, and health monitoring field in the future.
