中文摘要: 高迁移率有机半导体材料是制备高性能有机薄膜晶体管(OTFTs)的基础,本项目将基于含噻吩稠环化合物稳定性好、重组能低、分子间相互作用强的特点,以开发场效应迁移率> 1 cm2/Vs且具有自主产权的蒸镀型高迁移率有机半导体材料为目标,研究含噻吩稠环化合物的合成方法,设计与合成系列环数>6的含噻吩稠环化合物和基于该类稠环化合物的共轭齐聚物,建立分子结构与电子结构、晶体结构以及迁移率性质的关联。在此基础上,通过优化分子长度(环数)、噻吩环的比例和位置,力争获得1-2种迁移率在3-5 cm2/Vs、阈值电压< 10 V的高迁移率有机半导体材料,发表SCI收录学术论文3-5篇。

英文摘要: High mobility organic semiconductors are crucial for the fabrication of high performance organic thin film transistors (OTFTs). Because thiophene-ring containing fused aromatics are characterized with high stability, low reorganization energy and strong intermolecular interaction, in this project, we will focus on the development of organic semiconductors based on thiophene-ring containing fused aromatics with mobility beyond 1 cm2/Vs. Particularly, the fused aromatics with more than 6 fused rings and conjugated oligomers based on thiophene-containing fused aromatics will be designed and synthesized for the establishment of the relationship between molecular structures and electronic structures, crystal structures and semiconducting properties. Then, the molecular structures, such as the number and position of the thiophene rings, will be optimized in order to obtain 1-2 organic semiconductors with the field-effect mobilities of 3-5 cm2/Vs and threshold voltages < 10 V. More than three research papers will be published in the peer-reviewed journals.
