中文摘要: 用于微创手术的高频电刀基本上都是采用单一变量作为反馈判据进行能量控制,但采集判据指标时并未对手术区同时存在的多个影响因素加以区分,虽能实现能量的稳定输出,却容易误判,手术质量仍很大程度上依赖医生的操作技术水平,控制不当极易造成手术部位的烧伤甚至焦痂。从一个变量中提取多个反映手术状态的特征,难度很大,且尚未有充分的理论研究。本项目提出综合利用手术界面处的电特性和人体组织的物理特性,采用多个变量作为综合判据,对手术状态进行表征,并建立以最敏感要素和最易实现要素为特征量的微创高频电刀少变量监测模型。通过对相关理论的研究,为进一步在高频电刀上实现实时的多传感器数据采集和融合提供理论指导,对于手术医疗设备的智能化、小型化具有重要科学意义和实用价值。

英文摘要: A single variable is often used as the criterion in energy control of high frequency electrotomes for minimally invasive surgery. Although many factors on the surgical area should be considered, they cannot be distinguished in the above-mentioned control method. It could be able to achieve energy stable output, meanwhile be easy to misjudge. So surgeries are still largely depended on the ability of doctors. The improper control in the surgical site can easily resulted in injury of tissues. It is very difficult to extract the characteristics of the operation status from one variable, and yet there are few sufficient theoretical researches. The project proposes to use multiple variables as a comprehensive criterion to characterize the status of the operation combined with the electrical characteristics of the surgery site and the physical properties of human tissues, and establish a monitoring model with limited variables about high frequency electrotome in minimally invasive surgery in which the optimal factors are characteristic variables. The researches could provide theoretical guidance for the further realization of real-time multi-sensors data acquisition and integration for the high frequency electrotomes, and it has important scientific significance and practical value to intelligentization and miniaturization of surgical medical equipments.
