中文摘要: 分形金属纳米结构具有自相似性和标度不变性等特点,表现出非常奇特的光学特性,在表面增强荧光衬底的研究中具有十分重要的意义。研究发现分形衬底具有显著的表面增强荧光特性,且与衬底的分形特征参量密切相关,因此对衬底分形特征与表面增强荧光效应之间关系进行系统深入研究显得尤为重要。本项目拟采用电化学沉积方法,制备可控分形参量的纳米结构金属衬底;利用激光光谱技术,根据表面增强电磁理论,通过系统研究光、探针分子和分形金属衬底之间的相互作用机制,探索衬底分形特征在调制局域电磁场分布中的作用,从而揭示衬底分形特征参量与表面增强荧光效应之间的内在关联。本项目的研究工作对于发展增强衬底,全面理解金属衬底结构和性质变化对表面增强荧光效应的影响有重要推动作用,并为制备高灵敏表面增强光谱传感器提供实验支持和理论依据。

英文摘要: The fractal-like metallic nanostructures with self-similar and scale-invariance exhibit very unique optical properties, which plays an important role in the surface-enhanced fluorescence(SEF). To the best of our knowledge, the study on the relationship of the fractal characteristic and the SEF effect are barely carried out. We have observed that the metallic fractal nanostructures with profound fluorescence enhancement, relies on the characteristic of the fractal substrate. Therefore, it is important to explore the relationship between the characteristic of fractal-like metallic nanostructure substrate and surface enhanced fluorescence. In the current proposal, the controllable silver fractal nanostructure substrate will be fabricated with electrochemical method. With laser spectroscopic technique and the surface enhanced electromagnetic(EM) theory, the coupling mechanism among the excitation light, probe molecule and fractal metallic nanostructure in SEF effect will be studied. The influence of fractal characteristic, such as fractal dimension, on the modification of locally enhanced EM filed will be investigated too.
