中文摘要: 在我国建设循环型社会与城市生活垃圾产生量不断增长的背景下,生活垃圾"资源"特性凸显。生活垃圾资源化利用系统因垃圾理化特性的波动与处理技术水平不均衡,导致系统内部物质与能量流动行为复杂,环境与经济影响产生机制未被认知,并且缺少切实可行的评价方法。本研究将从我国城市生活垃圾多组分的特性出发,揭示在垃圾理化特性、技术特征参数等因素耦合作用下,主要生活垃圾资源化利用技术的过程产物之间的交互影响规律;改进并完善生命周期评价与生命周期成本分析集成方法,构建全生命周期环境与经济集成的评价模型,定量描述生活垃圾资源化利用系统的环境与经济影响以及二者之间均衡优化;基于采样测试,建立典型城市生活垃圾动态理化特性数据库,通过构建的集成模型进行案例分析。研究成果将有助于丰富可持续废物管理理论及方法,为我国生活垃圾资源化利用提供基础数据及理论支持,进而改善生活垃圾资源化利用率低的现状。

英文摘要: In the contexts of circular society construction and increasing generation of municipal solid waste (MSW), the "resource" feature of MSW has been highlighted. Due to the fluctuations of MSW characteristics and treatment technical level, behaviors of material and energy flows in the system of MSW utilization is particularly complicated, and the production mechanisms of environment and economy have not been completely recognized. Moreover, there is a lack of feasible assessment method for the recourse utilization of MSW. Starting from the multi-component feature of China's MSW, the present research attempts to reveal the interactive influences of outputs from different recourse utilization processes, under the coupled multi-factors such as MSW characteristics and technical parameters. Based on an improved combined method for life cycle assessment and life cycle costing, an intergraded environmental and economic assessment model will be established. Trade-offs and equilibrium optimization between environmental impact and economic impact of MSW resource utilization will be studied. Furthermore, two years' seasonal sample test of MSW is design to be conducted in a typical city, to build a dynamic database for the MSW characteristics.
