中文摘要: 纳米尺度的挛晶界面金属材料由于其优异的综合性能吸引着愈来愈多的材料科学家的研究兴趣,但是如何制备具有较高密度挛晶结构的材料却是一项艰巨的课题。本项目拟综合运用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、背散射电子衍射、透射电镜、X射线衍射等技术分析连续定向凝固变形铜的退火挛晶组织,探讨初始组织取向、变形以及退火制度等对变形铜退火孪晶组织的影响规律,包括对挛晶的尺寸、分布、密度与取向等的影响等,从而为挛晶结构材料的制备技术提供指导与借鉴作用。

英文摘要: Metal materials containing coherent twin boundaries at nano?meter scale are attracting more and more research interest of material scientists because of their excellent comprehensive performance. But how to fabricate metal materials containing relatively high density twins is a hard task. In this project optical microscope, scanning electric microscope, electric backscattering diffraction, and X ray diffraction technologies will be used. The annealing twins of deformed copper wires from rods fabricated by continuous unidirectional solidification process will be analyzed. And the influence of the primary microstructure orientation, deformation, and annealing procedures on annealing twins will be investigated, including the effect on twin size, distribution, density and orientation, etc. Thus guide for the fabrication technology for metal materials containing twins will be provided.
