中文摘要: 透明白光OLED照明是富有创意的固态照明技术。它可用作建筑物窗户、汽车天窗及办公室玻璃隔墙照明,一方面为人们提供窗外舒适自然光或优越空间感,另一方面还提供新型装饰照明。然而,对于通常的透明OLED光源,光线会从面板两面同时发出。在大多数只需单面照明的情况下,这样会导致50%的光被损耗掉,从而造成光污染和能源浪费。因此,如能把双面发光变成单面发光,透明白光器件的效率就可马上提高一倍。本项目拟采用电致变色玻璃为OLED 衬底来调控透明OLED的发光方向,使之由两面发光变为单面发光。即在OLED 关闭时,玻璃呈现透明;OLED工作时,既可实现双面发光,又可调控为顶发射单面发光。本项目拟将电致变色技术、OLED叠层技术和新型透明阳极技术集于一体,力求制备出功率效率达25 lm/W、整体透光率达60%的智能白光OLED 照明器件,从而加深对透明OLED的理解,为我国OLED照明产业化提供重要技术。

英文摘要: Transparent OLED light source is a unique solid-state lighting technology, which opens up lots of innovative applications such as the light sources for windows in a building, sunroof in automobile, or glass partitions in office. In daytime a room can be filled with comfortable natural light or graceful spatial impression, when necessary the transparent OLED attached to the window will take over to provide illumination. However, for such indoor lighting it may not be necessary to have light emission from both sides. In such a case, 50% of light emission is useless, which further produces light pollution and wastes energy. In other words, if all the emitted light can be collected for one-side emission instead of dual side, the luminous efficiency can be doubled. This project aims to develop smart transparent white OLED light source by use of smart glass technology. Smart glass will be adopted as substrate for transparent OLED fabrication and is used for tuning the light-emitting direction. When OLED is off, the panel is transparent. When OLED is on, the light can be tuned to either dual-side emission or top-emission. This project will combine the advanced technologies of smart glass, OLED tandem structure and novel transparent cathode, with ultimate targets to fabricate smart transparent white OLED lighting with a power efficiency of 25 lm/W and an optical transparency of 60%. The smart devices and device/electrode/interface engineering developed in this project will buttress the national R&D development on transparent OLED lighting.
