中文摘要: 石墨烯量子点(GQDs)是一类新型二维结构碳基量子点,显著的量子限域效应和边界效应赋予了GQDs独特的光、磁性质,使其成为生物、化学传感、分析的候选材料。GQDs的应用依赖于它高效的制备和性质调控。本项目拟发展一种化学切割、同步还原制备高质量GQDs的新方法,通过研究自由基与GQDs的相互作用,发展体外和活细胞水平上检测羟基自由基的新方法。为拓展石墨烯量子点在化学、生物领域中的应用提供新思路和新方法。

英文摘要: Graphene quantum dot ( GQDs ) is a new kind of carbon-based quantum dots of two-dimensional structure which is endowed with unique optical and magnetic properties resulting from its significant quantum-confinement effect and boundary effect, making it become a robust candidate material for biological and chemical sensor. The applications of GQDs is highly dependent on effective tuning of their properties and simple preparation of high-quality GQDs with a high yield. In this project, we will develop a new method for preparation of GQDs through a chemical cutting and synchronous reduction progress. Based on a study on the interactions of the target and GQDs, we proposed a new assay for sensitive detection of hydroxyl radical in vitro and in living cells. The results obtained here would provide a novel strategy and method for the exploration of GQDs in biological and chemical field.
