中文摘要: 利用电压调控超材料对电磁波的控制一直是人们探索的热点。本项目提出设计新结构THz超材料,利用自身结构单元提供电压加载方式,避免了引线对超材料电磁结构的破坏。同时,结合功能材料钛酸锶钡(BST)薄膜介电非线性效应实现超材料对THz波的电压调控。通过本项目的研究,可以获得BST薄膜的THz电磁响应规律,发展电压调控THz超材料的新方法,为构筑新型THz器件打下基础。

英文摘要: Metamaterials of the voltage regulation on the control of electromagnetic waves has been explored hotspots. The project proposed design of the new structure of THz metamaterials, using its own structural unit achieve the voltage loading mode, to avoid the destruction of the wires on the electromagnetic structure of the metamaterials. At the same time, the project proposed to combine nonlinear effects of the barium strontium titanate (BST) thin film for THz wave voltage regulation. Through the research of this project, the law of the THz electromagnetic response to the BST thin films can be obtained, and the new method of voltage regulation THz metamaterials could be developed.And this project could lay the foundation of new THz devices.
