中文摘要: 系统研究了铝酸盐、硅酸盐体系的长余辉发光性能,分析了长余辉发光与发光中心所处基质晶格,发光中心所处的微观环境,以及基质中缺陷能级之间的内在联系,实现了长余辉性能的人工调控。在国内外重要刊物上发表了39篇研究论文,其中SCI收录29篇,EI和ISTP收录8篇,国内一般期刊2篇。主要研究结果包括:(1)探索了发光中心微观环境的变化对长余辉发光性能的影响,发现了在一定的波长范围内对长余辉性能的人工调节方法;(2)基于热释光对陷阱能级的分析,发现了几种材料的高温长余辉性能;(3)研究了材料长余辉特性与陷阱能级之间的内在联系,发现当材料中同时存在多个陷阱能级时,陷阱能级之间存在载流子的再俘获现象;(4)探索了一般发光材料获得长余辉发光的一般途径,通过引入陷阱能级,而当这些陷阱能级的深度适当时会出现长余辉发光,成功实现了Y2O3:Eu的红色长余辉发光和Y3Al5O12:Ce3+的橘黄色长余辉发光;(5)研究了发光中心的化合价态变化时的长余辉发光性能,实现了不同价态同时存在时的长余辉发光;(6)研究了发光中心在基质中的自还原现象,这种现象是与发光中心在基质中取代离子的晶格位置以及化合价态有关。

英文摘要: In this project, we researched the long afterglow of the aluminate and silicate,and analysised the relationship of the luminescence center ion with the substrate lattice and the micro-environment.We found that the defect levels have a important role in long afterglow luminescence. We published 39 research papers, which the 29 papers were included in SCI and the 8 papers were included in Ei and ISTP and 2 papers in other. Key findings include:(1)to explore the change of the micro-environment and influence on the long afterglow luminescence. we found the wavelength can be adjusted by the micro-environment with the luminescent center ions.(2)Based the thermoluminescence measurement, we found a high temperature long afterglow luminescence.(3)we found that the electrons can transfer between the defect levels, which influent on the long afterglow luminescence.(4)to explore a general way for gaining the long afterglow luminescence by introducing the trap levels. by this method, we successed to implement the Y2O3: Eu red long afterglow and Y3Al5O12: Ce3 + orange long afterglow. (5) we studied the valence state changes of the luminescence center ions and their influmence on the long afterglow luminescent properties. (6) studied the light-emitting centers in the matrix of the self-reduction phenomenon, which is replaced by light-emitting centers in the matrix lattice ions and the valence state of the location.
