中文摘要: 编制施工计划时,必须对施工活动进行排序,排序的基础是定义施工活动之间的时间关系。但是,目前常用的网络计划方法缺乏描述复杂时间关系的能力,可能导致在编制施工计划时遗漏最优施工排序方案。虽然前人的研究从不同的角度对时间关系的表述方案做了改进,但是这些表述方案不能准确地描述一些复杂的时间关系,特别是多于两个活动之间的时间关系,从而影响了对施工顺序的评估与优化。为此,本课题将基于时态逻辑提出一个描述复杂时间关系的方案,进一步拓展时间关系的描述范围,然后揭示不同类型的时间关系之间的内在关联。在此基础上提出相应的调度模型和算法,使其能处理更多的复杂时间关系,同时可以实现施工排序优化。最后,通过实际计划案例来验证所提出的表述方案和调度算法。希望预期研究成果能够帮助施工企业提高项目的计划和调度的水平。

英文摘要: Defining temporal relationships between construction activities is a prerequisite for sequencing construction works that is necessary for developing a construction plan. However, the prevailing project planning tools are lack of the capability to accurately represent complex temporal relationships, resulting in missing the optimal sequences of works in construction planning. Although some previous research enhanced the representation of temporal relationships between construction activities from different perspectives, these representation methods cannot accurately describes some complex temporal relationships, especially the temporal relationship among more than two activities. This hinders the evaluation and optimization of construction sequences. This research project will develop a representation schema, based on temporal logic, in order to further the formal representation of complex temporal relationships, and then explore the internal associations among various types of temporal relationships. Subsequently, the corresponding scheduling algorithm will be developed for incorporating the complex temporal relationships,resulting in optimal construction sequences.
