中文摘要: 超短激光脉冲的发展和应用对光栅的衍射效率、抗激光损伤阈值和工作带宽也提出了新的要求。本项目重点研究基于金属/介质膜材料的高衍射效率和宽光谱光栅的设计原理,探讨在反射带内抑制导波模的方法。详细研究不同工作波长处,具有宽带高衍射效率的金属/介质膜光栅结构设计及工作带宽与其结构参数和使用条件的关系,并探索高性能金属/介质膜光栅的制备技术。该光栅的成功研制可取代传统的金属光栅和介质膜光栅,并且对发展集成光学和高功率超短脉冲激光有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

英文摘要: The development and application of ultra-short pulse laser put forward new demands for grating such as diffraction efficiency, laser-induced damage and working wavelength. The project focuses on the principle of high diffraction efficiency and broadband grating with the structure of metal and dielectric, discuss the method to restrain guide-wave mode across the reflective band. How to design and optimization of the metal/dielectric grating with high diffraction efficiency and broadband will be researched in details. The relation between broadband and parameter of grating such as structure and using condition will be discussed. The manufacture process will be developed. This kind new grating not only can replace the conventional dielectric grating, but also have important theoretic and realistic significance to integrated optics and ultra-high power laser.
