中文摘要: 复杂结构件在X射线三维CT成像时,由于射线透射方向上有效透照厚度差异大、探测器成像系统动态范围受限,常用固定能量模式的X射线成像系统无法获取结构件的完整信息,影响CT重建图像质量和成像检测灵敏度。针对这一问题,本项目将研发一种能量自适应X射线三维CT系统。基于项目组提出的发明专利和变能量X射线高动态成像理论与方法,研究成像系统与检测对象自适应匹配的X射线优化成像理论和方法,实现能量自适应X射线发生控制器的自主研发,完成图像信息的优化获取;基于项目组3D-CT研究基础,研究递变能量扫描数据非线性融合及基于混合先验的递变能量X射线CT统计重建理论和方法,实现能量自适应的X射线三维CT系统的研发。该系统充分地体现了成像系统与检测对象的优化匹配,极大地提高了系统检测能力及灵敏度。它将为我国三维智能CT成像,实现定量检测等奠定基础,为工业应用急需提供手段。

英文摘要: In X-ray 3D CT imaging about the complex structural component, because of the variations in the effective thickness of the component along the orientation of the X-ray penetration exceed the limit of the dynamic range of the X-ray imaging system, the traditional imaging model of fixed energy can’t obtain the complete information of structure. This will influence the quality of CT reconstruct image and the sensitivity of imaging detection. So the project will research the new X-ray 3D CT imaging system based on energy self-adaptation. Based on the invention patent which proposed by the project team and the theory and method of variable energy X-ray high dynamic imaging, this project researches the theory and method of X-ray optimal imaging based on the adaptive matching between the imaging system and the detection object. It can realize independent development of X-ray generator controller based on energy self-adaptation, and optimal obtain the image information. Based on the research foundation of 3D-CT, research the nonlinearity fusion of the recurrence energy scanning data and the X-ray CT statistics reconstruction algorithm based on the mixed prior, realize the research the system of X-ray 3D CT based on energy self-adaptation.
