中文摘要: 本项目从碳纳米管与橡胶基体相互作用的导热机理出发,采用理论分析、数值模拟及实验研究相结合的方法,揭示碳纳米管取向、结构特征、排列规律、聚集等与橡胶基复合材料导热性质间的关联性规律,探索碳纳米管间、碳纳米管与橡胶间接触界面的声子热传输规律,揭示碳纳米管自身声子弹道式热传输的变化规律及导热逾渗效应,认识热量传输微观机制;实现碳纳米管在橡胶中的取向控制,对复合材料的微观结构特征进行表征;完成导热性能的测试,获取反映复合材料导热性质的基础数据;建立理论分析模型,获得导热性质参数与各构象参数之间的"构效关系"。目的是从机理上掌握碳纳米管增强橡胶基复合材料的导热机制,认识复合材料声子热传输规律,为后续研制具有优良导热性能的橡胶基复合材料提供重要的应用基础性科学依据,科学意义和工程实用价值显著。研究结合热学和材料科学,学科交叉有望取得新的科学发现,其成果将拓展高导热橡胶复合材料研究的视野。

英文摘要: In this project the thermal conduction mechanism of rubber composites filled carbon nanotubes which interact each other, will be studied by using the methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experiment. The relation of thermal conduction properties of rubber composites and alignment, structure features, arrangement and aggregation of carbon nanotubes will be revealed. The phonon heat transfer mechanism of CNT-CNT boundary and CNT-rubber boundary will be explored. The effect of percolation on thermal transfer of composites, and the change law of ballistic transport of phonon will be revealed. The microscopic mechanism of thermal transfer of rubber filled carbon nanotubes will be recognized. By using experiment the carbon nanotubes will be aligned in rubber. The microscopic structure of rubber composites will be represented. The thermal conductivities of rubber composites will be experimentally measured. The theory model of thermal conduction will be established and the thermal conduction equation will be obtained. The purpose of this project is to master the thermal conduction mechanism of rubber composites filled carbon nanotubes and to recognize the phonon thermal transfer mechanism.
