中文摘要: 非线性光学材料在信息通讯、图像处理、光信号处理等众多领域都具有极重要的应用价值,但由于晶体物化性能不稳定或生长困难,能够实用的晶体并不多。本项目拟通过无机阳离子碱金属、碱土金属做模板剂,在水热条件下合成新型含d10电子硼酸锌、硼酸镉化合物,并进一步引入d0或含孤对电子的阳离子,通过不同畸变阳离子间的协同效应,提高得到非心硼酸盐的概率。对得到的新化合物进行结构表征和性能挖掘,筛选出化合物的潜在应用价值;在对非心化合物进行非线性光学性质测试的基础上,通过理论计算研究硼氧多面体和金属多面体对非线性效应的贡献;通过实验总结反应条件和所得产物之间的对应关系,对已有合成条件进行调整,合成出结构更新颖、性能更出众的化合物。

英文摘要: Second-order nonlinear optical material has attracted great interest for its extensive use in information communication, image processing, and optical signal processing,but because of unstability of the physical properties and the difficulty in growth,the exploring of new optical materials is always in need. Our project aims at using alkaline metal, alkaline earth metal as template and introducing d10 cation Zn2+, Cd2+ to the borate clusters and further introducing d0 cation (lone pair of electrons contained cation) to the borate system under hydrothermal conditions. Then we will characterize the compound, explore their potential application value and study the second-order nonlinear contribution of different cations and borate polyhedra. We also should study the relationship between the structure and property and improve the react environment like the concentration, pH value, reaction time and temperature to get more compounds with novel structure and excellent properties.
