中文摘要: 本项目以课题组已筛选砷超富集植物蜈蚣草和同属的砷耐性植物剑叶凤尾蕨为对象,通过水培实验,筛选对蜈蚣草的生长和砷富集有显著促进效果的硫化合物,在此基础上,利用同步辐射X射线荧光技术(SRXRF)、X射线吸收光谱(SRXAS)和MCB荧光探针技术,对比研究外源硫化合物对植物中砷的吸收、转运和分布的影响;以及植物体内低分子量硫醇及其酶活性对砷富集的影响,阐明外源硫调控对蜈蚣草砷富集的贡献及其作用机理,为蜈蚣草砷的富集机理研究提供新途径;同时,通过土培实验,研究外源硫调控蜈蚣草修复砷污染土壤的模式,为砷污染土壤的植物修复提供理论依据。

英文摘要: As-hyperaccumulator Pteris vittata and As-tolerant p. ensiformis were chosen to as expermental materials。exogenous sulphur compounds were Screened under solution culture,and the effect of exogenous sulphur on arsenic absorption, transportation, distribution, as well as content of low molecular weight thoils and its rate-limiting enzyme's activity in plants were comparely investigated using Synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (SRXRF), synchrotron radiation X-ray spectroscopy (SRXAS) and MCB fluorescent probe technique under solution culture, Which to clarify the mechanism of arsenic accumulation in P. vittata L under sulfur regulation, and provides a new approach for the study of arsenic-accumulating mechanism in P. vittata L. Based on these results, the effect of sulfur regulation on remediation of arsenic-contaminated soil via P. vittata L using soil culture experiments were ananlyzed, which provided theoretical basis for phytoremediation arsenic-contaminated soils in China.
