中文摘要: 量子光学相干层析(QOCT)是量子光学领域的前沿热点课题,在生物显像和临床医学等领域都具有广泛的应用价值。本项目拟从理论和实验上研究热光源的量子光学相干层析,探讨其实际应用方案。首先我们拟从热光源的二阶及高阶纵向关联性质入手,研究影响QOCT纵向分辨率的各种因素,提出热光源QOCT的实验方案;其次,深入探讨热光在色散介质中传播的二阶及高阶纵向关联性质,研究色散介质对于热光源QOCT的分辨率、对比度、信噪比等因素的影响,探讨在真实实验条件下热光源QOCT能否消除介质色散的影响;再次,分别以真热光和赝热光为光源完成对反射和散射介质QOCT的原理性实验,研究利用热光源高阶关联性质提高纵向分辨率的实验方案;最后与鬼成像技术相结合,分别以有透镜和无透镜实验方案实现生物样品的三维QOCT高分辨率成像。本项目的研究将极大推动这种新的层析成像技术的发展,为其在生物显像和临床医学等领域的应用打下坚实的基础。

英文摘要: Quantum optical coherence tomography (QOCT) with entangled light has aroused much interest in the field of quantum optics and imaging, as it has extensive applications in the field of biological imaging, clinical medicine, and so on. We will theoretically and experimentally study QOCT with thermal light and discuss its practical applications. First,starting from the 2nd-order and high-order longitudinal correlation properties of thermal light, we will investigate the factors that affect the longitudianl resolution of QOCT, and design an experimental scheme for QOCT. Secondly, we will study the 2nd-order and high-order longitudinal correlation properties of thermal light propagating in dispersive media and examine the impact of the dispersion on the resolution, visibility and signal-to-noise ratio of QOCT to find whether the advantage of dispersion cancelation that entangled light provides is also present with thermal light. Thirdly, we will perform proof-of-principle QOCT imaging experiments for a reflecting object and scattering media with true thermal light and pseudo-thermal light, respectively. We will also investigate the enhancement of the longitudinal resolution by using high-order correlations of thermal light. Finally, experiments will be performed to demonstrate high resolution 3-dimension QOCT imaging
