中文摘要: 通过改变塑性变形路径,调整总挤压变形量和总镦粗变形量的比值,制备织构类型和织构集中度系列变化的ZK60镁合金。利用EBSD、TEM等手段,研究初始组织、挤压/镦粗比、累积变形量、变形温度等对镁合金织构类型和集中度的影响。利用有限元分析软件模拟镁合金在变形过程中的温度场、应力场、应变场和流场分布特征,掌握变形过程中金属材料流动规律。结合实验研究,分析变形织构演变与金属塑性流动之间的内在联系。建立三维晶体粘塑性自适应数值分析模型,预测织构的演变规律和材料力学性能。基于实验和模拟结果,分析塑性变形方式和变形条件对镁合金织构的影响规律,探索镁合金变形织构的调控机理。深入分析镁合金塑性变形机制与织构演变之间的相互影响机制,揭示镁合金织构的强韧化机制。

英文摘要: The ZK60 magnesium alloy with different texture type and texture strength will be prepared by changing the path of the plastic deformation, i.e. by ajusting the ratio of accumulative extrusion deformation to accumulative compression deformation. The effects of the initial micrsotructure, extrustion/upsetting rotio, cumulative deformation and deformation temperature on the texture of the ZK60 alloy will be studied using EBSD, TEM, SEM, etc. In order to reveal the metal flow regularity, the FEM software will be used to simulate the temperature field, stress field, strain field and flow field of the ZK60 alloy during plastic deformation. Combined with the experimental research, the relationship between the texture evolustion and the metal plastic flow will be studied. The three-dimensional crystal viscoplastic self-consistent(VPSC) code is going to established to predict the texture evolution and mechanical properties of ZK60 alloy. Based on experimental and simulation results, the effects mechanism of deformation mode on the texture evolution, and the texture control method of magnesium alloy will be researched. The interaction mechanism between the plastic deformation mechanism and the texture evolution will be systematic analysed, with the purpose to reveal the strengthening mechanism of magnesium alloy.
