中文摘要: 鉴于高分子-金属配合物在催化、电学、光学、磁学、生物医学等重要领域的杰出表现,结合临界二氧化碳(scCO2)在高分子合成领域很好的应用前景,本课题拟以scCO2为反应介质,在不使用高分子表面活性剂及共溶剂的前提下,以含氮杂化类单体为主要配体,构筑高分子-金属配合物体系。重点研究合成工艺参数对配合物的化学成分、微观结构和催化活性、吸附特性等的影响;探明scCO2溶剂化性能的调控对高分子-金属配合物立体结构、单体配位能力、高分子-金属配合物催化活性、吸附性能的作用关系;进而获得高分子-金属配合物的设计与制备原则。本项目拟发展简单、安全、节约型的制备高分子-金属配合物的绿色方法,其研究成果将为发展功能高分子材料的绿色化生产提供理论依据。将其应用于环己烯的催化氧化制己二酸可丰富环己烯选择性氧化的内容,促进新疆本地石油化工下游产品加工更快发展。

英文摘要: In view of the polymer - metal complexes in catalytic, electrical, optical, magnetic, biomedical and other important areas of outstanding performance, combined with carbon dioxide (scCO2) good prospect of application in synthetic polymer field, this project intends using scCO2 as reaction medium, do not use the polymer surfactant and the co-solvent, including monomer with heterocyclic groups as the main ligand, to build a polymer - metal complex system. Focuses on the synthesis of process parameters on the complex chemical composition, microstructure and catalytic activity, adsorption characteristics; proven the regulation of the of scCO2 solvation properties of the polymer - metal complex three-dimensional structure of monomer coordination ability of polymer - metal complexes of the catalytic active role in the relationship; and then get the design and preparation of the principles of polymer - metal complexes. The project intends the development of a simple, safe, green method for the preparation of polymer - metal complexes, the results of their research will be provide a scientific basis for the development of green production of the functional polymer materials.
