中文摘要: 结构物在环境作用下因腐蚀造成的损失巨大,防腐蚀投入也很可观。用于混凝土防护的有机硅渗透剂具有憎水、保持混凝土呼吸功能的特点,具有较低的吸水率和较好的抗氯离子渗透性能。但在研究和应用过程中发现存在影响有机硅渗透剂推广应用的许多意见分歧,为此进行下列试验研究:混凝土表面碱度(新鲜和已碳化混凝土表面)对有机硅渗透剂水解程度影响试验;混凝土的潮湿程度、表面温度和环境风速对有机硅渗透剂结合率的影响试验;涂布有机硅渗透剂混凝土的光老化、湿热老化、盐雾、碳化、酸雨、冻融和干湿交替性能等耐久性能试验;涂布有机硅渗透剂混凝土的暴露试验与室内试验的相关性。目的是期望了解:涂布有机硅渗透剂前混凝土的碳化表层是否需要去除;环境温度、风速和混凝土湿度达到什么情况下涂布有机硅渗透剂能得到较低挥发率和最佳的结合率;涂布有机硅渗透剂后改善了或恶化了混凝土的哪些耐久性能;涂布有机硅渗透剂后的结构二次维护期是多长时间等问题。

英文摘要: Construction may be corroded by environment medium, the economic loss may be so huge that the input of anti-corrosion is considerable. Organic silicon penetrating agents for protecting concrete have hydrophobicity properties and can keep the concrete respiratory function, so the concrete coated with organic silicon penetrating agents have low water absorption and good resistance to chloride permeability performance. But according to the results of research and application there exist many differences of opinion which influence the application of organic silicon penetrating agent, so these research work as below will be done: the influence test of the concrete surface alkalinity (fresh and already carbonization concrete surface) on the hydrolysis degree of organic silicon penetrating agent, the influence test of concrete humidity degree, surface temperature and wind speed on the combined efficiency of organic silicon penetrating agent, the durability tests of concrete coated by organic silicon penetrating agent such as UV light aging test, damp and hot aging test, salt-fog test, concrete carbonation test, acid rain test, freeze-thawing test and alternating wet-dry test, the correlation between concrete exposure test and laboratory test.
