中文摘要: 由脆性面层与延性芯层组成的夹层玻璃对玻璃结构的安全性能具有关键作用。本项目拟基于可以考虑面层与芯层弹性连接的组合梁/夹层板理论,引入描述芯层粘弹性属性的Maxwell–Wierchert本构模型,利用显式数值仿真模拟,结合足尺试验验证,研究夹层玻璃柱的蠕变屈曲性能与玻璃开裂后的结构表现,建立考虑胶片蠕变效应的夹层玻璃柱屈曲分析模型,开发适用于分析夹层玻璃柱蠕变屈曲、面层开裂、裂缝发展全过程的数值仿真模型。通过本项目研究,可望在理论上揭示胶片蠕变效应对夹层玻璃柱稳定性承载力及破坏后结构性能的影响机理,建立考虑时间为变量时的夹层玻璃柱的稳定性承载力设计方法,提出夹层玻璃柱开裂后结构性能的量化评估方法。项目的研究成果可以推进玻璃结构设计理论的发展,为相关设计规范制定与工程应用提供科学依据,对保障玻璃结构安全具有重要意义。研究成果同时适用于所有由脆性面层与粘弹性芯层组成的组合结构。

英文摘要: Laminated glass, consisted of brittle skins and ductile cores, plays a critical role in safety performance of glass structures. This research is proposed with the aims to investigate the creep buckling behavior and post-breakage performance of laminated glass columns. Underpinned by composite beam/sandwich plate theories allowing for elastic interaction between skin-core interfaces, this research will be carried out using the method of theoretical analysis, explicit numerical simulation, together with full-scale experimental verification. In the research the creep effect of viscoelastic core material will be considered by Maxwell–Wierchert material model. The objectives of the research include establishing an analytical model for creep buckling analysis of laminated glass, and developing a numerical model capable of simulating the complete failure process, i.e. creep buckling, skin cracks initiation and propagation. Through this research, it is expected to reveal the influence mechanism of the creep effect of interlayers on the stability capacity and post-breakage performance of laminated glass, to propose a design method for the stability capacity with respect to time, and to develop a quantitative assessment method for the post-breakage performance. The research findings can not only promote the development of structural glass design theories, but also provide scientific support to design code compile and engineering application of glass structures. The research findings can also be generally used for all other composite structures made of brittle skins and viscoelastic cores.
