中文摘要: 现代切削技术的发展对以Ti-Al-N为代表的刀具涂层材料的性能尤其是热稳定性提出了更苛刻的要求。制备Ti-Al-N基纳米多层膜是改善Ti-Al-N薄膜力学性能和热稳定性的重要途径,而界面应力是影响纳米多层膜中Ti-Al-N高温相变的重要因素,目前有关这类薄膜中界面应力对Ti-Al-N高温相变的影响机理尚不明确。本项目拟选择Ti-Al-N与不同晶格常数的材料组合设计制备成Ti-Al-N基纳米多层膜,通过控制多层膜中的Ti-Al-N与另一组成材料形成共格生长结构,引入不同的界面应力到纳米尺寸的Ti-Al-N中,借此研究具有不同界面应力状态的纳米多层膜的高温相变行为,揭示界面应力对纳米多层膜中Ti-Al-N高温相变的影响机理,探索控制Ti-Al-N高温相变进而提高薄膜高温性能的方法。项目研究结果将大大丰富纳米材料相变的实验和理论内容,并为制备具有高硬度和高热稳定性的含Al氮化物薄膜提供理论指导。

英文摘要: The development of modern cutting technology has put forward higher demand for the properties of the coatings represented by Ti-Al-N, especially for the thermal stability. The synthesis of Ti-Al-N based nanomultilayers can effectively improve the thermal stability and mechanical properties of Ti-Al-N. The interface stress is an important factor influencing the phase transformation of Ti-Al-N in nanomultilayers, however the exact effect mechanism of interface stress is still unknown now. In this project, some materials with different lattice constant will be selected to synthesize the nanomultilayers with Ti-Al-N. The different interface stress can be introduced into the Ti-Al-N layers in nanomultilayers when the coherent structures between Ti-Al-N and the other material are formed by the control of the microstructure. The aim of this project is to study the phase transformation behavior of Ti-Al-N based nanomultilayers at high temperatures, and to reveal the effect mechanism of interface stress on the phase transformation of nanoscale Ti-Al-N, and to explore the appropriate method to increase their thermal stability.
