中文摘要: 由于互联电网的规模庞大、运行管理的分层分区以及数据统一平台的相对滞后,使得紧密互联的各子网难以进行统一的一体化分析。而为了保证所研究子网稳态分析与决策的有效性,必须考虑互联外网对其的影响,因此能保留外网影响、融入内网计算的外网静态等值理论就成为了一项关键技术。本项目从拓扑法、非拓扑法及应用三方面对外网静态等值理论进行深入系统研究,包括:(1)考虑等值元件类型、灵敏度信息和功率转移等特性,并将外网的稳态约束、控制特性和概率随机特性等效转换到静态等值网络中,建立拓扑法等值理论体系,以有效保留外网的重要影响;(2)协调等值元件类型的全面性和等值参数的可估性之间的矛盾,建立考虑等值参数物理约束和不良量测抗差性的非拓扑法理论,以保证等值参数的可估性、合理性和稳定性;(3)研究各静态等值方法在不同稳态分析中的应用效果和评定标准,为其有效应用提供理论指导,以从根本上提升所研究子网稳态分析与决策的有效性。

英文摘要: Because of the large scale of interconnected networks, the voltage-grading and district-dividing feature of grid operation & management and the outdated development of data unified platform, it's hard to achieve unified and integrated analysis for the closely interconnected sub-networks. In order to guarantee the effectiveness of steady-state analysis and decision-making for the research sub-network, the external static equivalent theory, which is able to keep the influences of external network in the internal network analysis, is working as a key technology. This project is to explore the external static equivalent fundamental theory in depth from the following three aspects: topological theory, non-topological theory and their application, and the main work includes: (1) Based on the equivalent component particularity representation, sensitivity information and power transfering characteristic etc., a novel external topological static equivalent theory is proposed, which equivalently converts the steady-state constraints, control characteristics and stochastic characteristics of the external network into the static equivalent network to keep the significant influences of the external network on the internal network. (2) Based on the coordination between the equivalent component particularity representation and equivalent parameter estimability, a novel external non-topological static equivalent theory is estiblished, which considers the physical constraints of equivalent parameters and the robustness of bad data to guarantee the estimability, rationality and stability of equivalent parameters. (3) The application effectiveness and evaluation criterion of the static equivalent methods on steady-state analyses are researched, which provides theoretical guidance for the application of equivalent methods, and basically improves the effectiveness of steady-state analysis and decision-making for the research sub-network.
