中文摘要: 本项目以典型多参数退化型产品(如锂离子电池组)为背景,针对其多参数相关、部分参数不可测、外界应力冲击影响显著等特点,研究多参数退化型产品的寿命预测方法。首先研究三种情形下的多参数退化型产品性能退化过程模型,即无外界应力冲击下基于性能数据的多参数退化过程模型、无外界应力冲击下基于标记数据的多参数隐退化过程模型和外界应力冲击下多参数退化过程模型,在此基础上,提出相应的寿命预测方法,为该类产品的设计定型、检测间隔期优化、健康管理等提供科学依据。

英文摘要: This project aims at the features of typical multivariate degradation products (such as Li-ion batteries), including the correlation of parameters, hard-to-monitor of some parameters, and the effects of external stresses shocks, and proposes the lifetime prediction methods for multivariate degradation products. Firstly,we discuss the degradation processes models of multivariate degradation products for three cases, namely, based on performance data without external stresses shocks, based on marker data without external stresses shocks, and with external stresses shocks. And then, the corresponding lifetime prediction methods are presented, respectively. These models and methods provide scientific bases for design, detection intervals optimization and health management of multivariate degradation products.
