中文摘要: 航天器姿态控制系统的可靠运行是卫星试验任务得以实施的前提,但恶劣的空间环境易导致部件故障高发,提高其在轨故障处理能力成为当前研究热点。本课申请紧扣卫星可靠性发展需求,创新性的提出卫星姿态控制系统可重构性概念;研究卫星故障情况下星载资源和能源均受约束的姿态控制系统在轨可重构的理论体系;研究系统在轨故障处理能力的度量指标及其数学描述;研究姿态控制系统的可重构性拓扑结构及其关系描述模型;研究姿态控制系统的可重构性预计方法;研究系统在轨重构的性能约束条件与系统配置的属性及其基于矩阵的体系架构,探索可重构性评估算法,建立可重构性预计和评估理论体系;以上研究的理论体系和建模方法将填补国内航天领域可重构性研究空白。本项目既具有创新性又富有挑战性,其研究成果将为实现卫星在轨重构提供有力的理论支持和核心决策方法,对开展可重构性设计研究具有重要理论与实际应用价值,而且具有较强的普适性和广阔的工程应用前景。

英文摘要: Reliable operation of attitude control systems(ACS) is the precondition that missions of satellite experiments can be carried out. However, the extreme environment of space can easily cause the high occurence of component faults. To improve ACS's on-orbit fault-handling capability, the improvement of system's reconfigurability design level is an effective approach, which predicts and evalutes the reconfigurability of the system with reasonable and proper usage of onboard resources, in addition to the proposal of effective on-orbit reconfigurable strategies. This project focuses on the requirement for satellite reliability development, with satellite attitude control system targeted on, the concept of reconfigurability is studied, the evalutaion indices for reconfigurability is proposed and the mathematical description of it is studied; then the criteria of reconfigurability prediction is studied and the framework of reconfigurability prediction and evaluation is established. This project is of challenges as well as innovation, the study results of which can not only provide valid theoretical support and decision-making basis for the accomplishment of on-orbit reconfiguration of satellite, but also lay a foundation for the further study of reconfigurability design, thus it possesses strong general applicability
