中文摘要: 设计与合成对生物体内及环境中的重要阴离子有高选择性识别能力、高响应灵敏度的电化学传感器具有十分重要的意义。项目基于前期研究和认识,提出在咪唑鎓离子中引入含多组分电化学响应的刚性骨架分子来改善受体分子的电化学活性和增强受体与重要阴离子间结合力的新思路。欲设计合成五个系列新型含丙基桥联双二茂铁的功能化受体分子,研究其对重要阴离子的选择性识别性能,探索受体分子识别性能与分子结构之间的相互关系,阐明这些受体识别作用的机理及电化学响应机制,揭示控制识别性能的组成和结构因素,为功能化受体的应用研究提供理论依据,对发展高效灵敏的电化学传感器具有重要科学和实际意义。

英文摘要: Design and synthesis of high selective and sensitive electrochemical sensors for anion recognition in biology and environment is of great significance. Based on the pre-study and understanding, the group which have rigid skeleton and multiple electrochemical response signal will be introduced to imidazole ring in order to improve electrochemical activity and binding affinity of receptor. Then five series of novel receptors functionalized by propyl-bridged biferrocene will be synthesized. The anion recognition properties of the receptors will be studied, the relationship between the anion recognition properties and molecular structure of the receptors will be explored, the mechanism of anion recognition process and the mechanism of electrochemical response will be clarified, how the component and the structure of the receptor affect the recognition performence will be revealed. This research will provide a theoretical basis for the application of the functional receptors, and it is of great scientific and practical meaning for developing efficient and sensitive electrochemical sensors.
