中文摘要: 随着快速的工农业发展和城镇化的推进,天山北坡经济带PM_2.5污染呈加重趋势。本研究以天山北坡经济带为研究区,借助RS 与GIS 技术,在利用MODIS数据进行AOD和PM_2.5遥感反演和LUCC遥感解译的基础上,定量分析近5年PM_2.5和LUCC的时空变化,研究区域不同的土地利用/土地覆被类型及其组合、不同的土地利用动态演化在空间和时间上与PM_2.5质和量变化的关联性,揭示LUCC对PM2.5的影响机制,提出环境约束下的土地资源配置最优利用方案,探讨土地利用/土地覆被格局的调整对改善大气PM_2.5污染的科学性和可行性,为相关部门制定相应的环境标准提供依据,为区域及城市环境管理、产业布局、土地规划等提供参考,对改善区域生态环境和保障公众健康有重要现实意义。

英文摘要: With the rapid development of urbanization and the industrial and agricultural, the trend of PM2.5 pollution was aggravated in the Northern Tianshan Economic Belt. This study select the Northern Tianshan Economic Belt as the research area,based on AOD and PM2.5 remote sensing retrieval and LUCC remote sensing by RS and GIS technology. We analysisde quantitativly the spatial and temporal variations of PM2.5 and LUCC in recent five years. Research the different land use/land cover types and their combinations,and the changes of quality and quantity of different land use dynamic evolution in space and time and PM2.5 the relevance. Reveal impact mechanism of LUCC to PM2.5, put forward environment land optimal allocation plan under the constraint of resources utilization , and adjust the scientific nature and feasibility of land use/land cover pattern to improve the atmospheric pollution of PM2.5, This study can provide the basis for related departments to formulate the corresponding environmental standards, and provide reference for environmental management and industrial layout, and land planning and so on in regional and urban, There is important practical significance to improve the regional ecological environment and protect the public health.
