中文摘要: 本项目重点开展了新型两亲性嵌段共聚物设计及用于新型有序大孔径介孔材料合成方面的研究工作。通过该课题的研究,采用原子转移自由基聚合法,获得了一系列具不同分子量、不同组成的新型嵌段共聚物模板剂,包括PEO-b-PS, PEO-b-PMMA, PEO-b-PMMA-b-PS等,实现了较大规模(50 g/batch)的合成,利用它们作模板,发展了配体辅助溶剂挥发诱导自组装(LA-EISA)、均聚物扩孔法,溶剂挥发聚集自组装(EIAA)以及积碳支撑晶化法等合成大孔径介孔材料的方法,实现了介孔材料的可控合成(包括孔径调节、孔壁控制、孔道对称性以及骨架结晶性控制等),并成功地进行了介孔内及孔壁功的能化修饰,获得了高度有序的大孔径介孔二氧化硅、介孔酚醛树脂、介孔碳、介孔二氧化钛等一系列材料,发展了介孔材料合成法学,进一步推进了有序介孔材料在大分子催化、吸附和分离方面的应用。

英文摘要: In this research, we focus on the designed synthesis of novel amphiphilic block copolymers and their templating synthesis of highly ordered mesoporous materials with large pore sizes. Through atom transfer polymerization (ATRP) technique, a series of block copolymers with various compositions and molecular weight, including PEO-b-PS, PEO-b-PMMA, PEO-b-PMMA-b-PS,were synthesized on a large scale (50 g/batch). By using these novel block copolymers as templates, we developed many new approaches and strategies, such as ligand-assisted solvent evaporation induced self-assembly (LA-EISA),pore-expandation with homopolymers, solvent evaporation induced aggregating assembly (EIAA), residual carbon supporting crystallization, and synthesized a series of highly ordered mesoporous materials with large and tunable pore sizes, adjustable wall thickness and pore symmetry. The obtained mesoporous materials include mesoporous organic polymers, mesoporous carbons, mesoporous silica and mesoporous titania. These results represent a significant progress in the field of mesostructure and self-assembled ordered nanoporous materials in terms of synthesis methodology and strategy, and promote the application of mesoporous materials in the field of catalysis, adsorption, separation of large molecules.
