中文摘要: 本课题首次提出以纺织印染污泥为研究对象,采用外源热力强化热干化处理技术和BCR提取技术为主的研究手段和方法,研究纺织印染污泥中重金属在不同温度-pH动态作用过程中其热迁移转化规律。通过化学分析、结构形貌测试及动态模拟等分析方法和实验手段,研究纺织印染污泥理化特性和热干化前后重金属形态转化特征,重点研究基于不同温度-pH动态作用过程中污泥中重金属迁移转化的影响因子并做对比分析,阐明纺织印染污泥热干化过程中重金属稳定性改变之原因。通过构建纺织印染污泥热干化过程中重金属迁移转化特性和热干化影响因子之间的内在联系,揭示印染污泥热干化过程中重金属迁移转化的作用机制和规律。本研究为研究纺织印染污泥中重金属的存在形态提供了新的研究思路和技术方法,为纺织印染污泥减量化、无害化、资源化利用过程中重金属的迁移控制提供了新的技术方法和理论支撑。

英文摘要: This subject firstly proposed textile dyeing sludge as object of this study, using the technology of external heat strengthening the thermal drying process and BCR extraction technology which are the main methods to study the mechanism of thermal mobility and transformation of heavy metals when they were put in the dynamic role of the different temperature-pH process. During the sludge thermal drying process, we study the physical and chemical properties of the sludge and morphological transformation characteristics of heavy metal pollutants before and after thermal drying by measures of chemical analysis, structure and morphology testing and dynamic simulation analysis. The key of the research is the impact factors which were based on the mobility and transformation of heavy metals in sludge when they were put in the dynamic role of the different temperature-pH process and do a comparative analysis. To elucidate the cause of the change of heavy metals stability in the textile dyeing sludge thermal drying process and reveal the mechanisms of the thermal mobility and transformation of heavy metals by creating the intrinsic link between the impact factor of the mobility and transformation characteristics of heavy metal pollutants and thermal drying.
